Located at the east end of town, the Oak View Community Center is the main registration hub for  Oak Lawn Park District programs. The dedicated Oak View front-desk staff is willing to answer any questions on programs or services offered by the park district. As your local community center, Oak View offers several rental options for special events or family parties. You can rent rooms, or schedule an organized birthday party. Besides the diverse types of recreation programs offered at Oak View (such as fitness programs, cultural-arts classes, hands-on art programs, fitness, and preschool classes), the center features community displays and museum-quality displays of animals, sea creatures, shells, rocks and minerals.
