The Community Pavilion (9401 S. Oak Park Ave.) has a large sports arena, gymnasium, and program space that are available to rent for your next group outing, birthday party, or event.

Court Rentals
Pavilion court rentals are great for athletic tournaments, team practices, tryouts, games and more! Our facility features a regulation soccer arena, 4 regulation basketball courts, 8 regulation volleyball courts, 4 regulation badminton courts and 1 regulation in-line hockey arena. Please contact the Community Pavilion front desk for more details and availability.

Rim Rentals
Rim Rentals are a great opportunity to play on your own schedule (All ages with an adult). Rim Rentals are available for all ages as long as an adult is present. You can have up to 4 people per rim. Reservations can be made no more than 7 days in advance.
Resident: $8/hour per person
Non-Resident: $12/hour per person
Rim Rental Refund Policy: Rim Rentals that are canceled within 24 hours of the start day/time are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 10% processing fee. Anyone renting rims to facilitate one-on-one coaching will need to get permission from the facility General Manager in advance and will be required to carry insurance.
Pricing is charged per “Court” – 1 Court = 1 regulation volleyball court
How to Rent
Patron must complete a Court Rental Application and pay the security deposit as well as the rental fee IN FULL in order to reserve the date. Applicant must be over 21 years of age. For clubs, schools and other organizations, contact pavcourtrentals@olparks.com to set up an account and determine your rental rate.
Arrival & Departure
You may arrive to the facility no more than15 minutes before your rental start time, however we do not guarantee that you can get onto the rental space until the designated start time. You MUST be off the courts by your designated end time in order to allow the maintenance staff to prepare the court(s) for the next rental. Please stay on the court(s) you have rented.
General
- An adult 21 and older must be present at all times to oversee any minors.
- Please clean up all trash and bring all personal belongings with you at the end of your rental.
- Your group must remain on the first floor of the facility at all times.
- The locker rooms, track and weight room are for fitness members only.
Equipment
Please note that the Community Pavilion does not provide balls for your rental. You will be responsible for bringing in your own equipment for dodgeball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc. We may have some open gym basketballs and/or other lost and found balls you can borrow. Inquire at the front desk.
