Program Room Rental
Fees:
- Resident: $55/hour + $100 Security Deposit
- Non-Resident: $65/hour + $100 Security Deposit
- Half Gym Court Rental add on: $60/hour
How to Rent
Patron must complete a Program Room Rental Application and pay the security deposit as well as the rental fee IN FULL in order to reserve the date. Applicant must be over 21 years of age.
Arrival & Departure
Patrons may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up for their party and MUST be out of the party room by their designated end time. PATRONS THAT ARE NOT OUT OF THE ROOM 15 MINUTES AFTER THEIR PARTY ENDS WILL LOSE THEIR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Capacity
The room is equipped with 8 tables and 50 chairs. The Program Room can accommodate up 50 guests comfortably with tables and chairs, and up to 72 guests with chairs only.
Set Up
Each table seats 6 people. Tablecloths are not provided.
Clean Up
Renter is responsible for cleaning up all decorations, adhesives, garbage and food. Spills should be reported to the front desk for maintenance cleanup. All trash should be placed in the receptacles. Maintenance will sweep the floor and wipe down tables. IN THE EVENT OF AN EXCESSIVE MESS THE RENTER WILL BE ASSESSED A $50 CLEANING FEE.
General
- No confetti or piñatas.
- No Alcohol or tobacco products.
- Outside food and drink is allowed, but must remain in the room.
- Cooking is not allowed on premises.
- Patrons must supply their own paper products, candles, etc.
Outside Vendors
Outside vendors are allowed. However, depending on the nature of the service being provided we may require a certificate of insurance naming the Oak Lawn Park District as additionally insured.
