It is the intent of the Owner to receive sealed Bids for the sale of the items listed in the bid package.
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., Friday August 04th 2023, by the owner, at the Oak Lawn Park District Maintenance Facility, 5501 West 110th Street, Oak Lawn IL 60453. Phone 708-857-2201. A public bid opening will follow immediately.
Sale of the items will be as-is with no warranty either expressed or implied. The items may be viewed by appointment only during regular business hours (8:00 am to 3:30 pm) Monday through Friday.
The Oak Lawn Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technical deficiencies, informalities, or irregularities if in its judgement it will be for the best interest of the district.
As sealed bids are submitted to the District they will be stamped with submission date and time. Sale will be to the highest bid amount for each individual item. In the case of a tie bid, the award will be made to the first sealed bid submitted.
Specifications may be picked up at the Oak Lawn Park District Maintenance Facility located at 5501 West 110th, Oak Lawn, IL between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., or requested by email at maintenance@olparks.com beginning Tuesday July 18, 2023.
