OSLAD Grant Recipient
We have been awarded a $600,000 matching grant as part of this year’s round of Open Space Land Acquisition & Development Grants (OSLAD) to update Lake Shore Park! The project includes a new playground, pathway, resurfaced tennis & pickleball courts, “bankshot” accessible basketball games & much more!

Learn to Skate
Register for our “Learn to Skate” program at the Oak Lawn Ice Arena! Our classes are structured to create a positive, fun and healthy environment for skaters of all ages and abilities.
Construction Begins at Oak Meadows Park
Fences have been installed at Oak Meadows Park (99th & 51st Ave.) in preparation for construction to begin on improving Oak Meadows Park. Improvements include updating the current asphalt trails, softball field, playground, basketball court, and installing a soccer field, pollinator and rain gardens, shelters, benches, and more!
